This granite stone house is ideal for 4 people, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90). A large main room open to the kitchen and living room and its television area around a beautiful period fireplace.
The + of this nugget: Possibility to enjoy the sun by installing a small outdoor table just in front of the house
NB: the house is located in a row of houses with a common path which allows you to enjoy a beautiful sunny and green space, well maintained, very characteristic and typical of life in saint jacut (the life of the jaguens)

logement idéalement placé au cœur du village.
2 mn à pieds des commerces, très appréciable pour aller chercher les croissants et le pain frais à servir au p'tit déj,
dîner à la crêperie le Bretagne et au retour s'attarder sur la plage de la Banche également à 2 mn à pieds !

pièce à vivre fonctionnelle et cosy
très propre et sain
voisinage sympathique et discret
à très vite le plaisir de séjourner à nouveau par votre intermédiaire, vous et vos locations sont toujours à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Le séjour à été très agréable. La location est idéalement située , à proximité de la plage et du centre du village. Le logement est très bien agencé, décoré avec goût et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Accueil très professionnel et convivial.
